Cost: $100.00 a session: Session is usually 2-3 hours and will cover all of the heavy events.

LDDVD COACHING:  (Long Distance DVD) This is a new aged coaching technique that I have done a few times that has really helped some throwers achieve success.  With the price of fuel it could be hard to drive a ways for a clinic.  I am brining the coaching to you.

Send me footage of your throwing:  (Mini DV Tape)  I will take your tape and download the footage into my computer.  The Mini DV footage is input into software that allows me to breakdown exactly what you are doing right and most importantly things that can be improved on. I will then intermix other throwers and different techniques that can help you improve.  This will include voice overs, slow motion repeats and many many more features. 

Within 2 weeks of receiving the mini dv tape you will receive you dv tape back and your  personalized coaching dvd.  This dvd will be great for use during your training and during the games season. 

Cost $75.00 per DVD.
